I Was Moving Back to Texas.

I was returning to Texas once again! After my year stint in New York, I had decided to move back to Texas. So, when it came time for me to purchase a new home, the first people I thought of were Stacy and Jackie Jones. They had flawlessly helped me sell my last home and I trusted no other people to help me find a home. I knew they would be honest and would work tirelessly to help me find my dream home.
My time to search for a home was limited so, the first action they took was to put me in touch with their fabulous Buyer's Specialist, Janis. I explained to her what I was looking for in a home - location, price, etc. - and within a couple days Janis had provided me a list of beautiful homes to preview. After our first outing I knew she was going to give 110% of her undivided attention and find me a home. Her energy was astounding! One weekend we spent 8 hours in one location looking at homes!
Now, I must admit, I was a bit indecisive on the location, which meant we hit all kinds of areas within the Houston metropolitan area. Janis' patience with my indecisiveness was astounding! She understood completely and was more than happy to explore the numerous areas with me. I was very thankful for that because it really helped me to decide very quickly where I did not want to buy a home.
One amazing tool Janis created for me was my own personal website on which I could preview homes that matched the criteria I desired - she knew exactly what I was looking for in a home.
We found my dream home in under a month! I was amazed! But, Janis' dedication did not stop there. She helped me through the entire home buying and closing process. She was with me every step of the way. Now, if there was a time she could not be there (which was very rare) she made sure someone from the Jones Team was available to help me. Not once did I feel alone or stressed during the process. I could count on any member of the Jones Team to help me at a moments notice.
If I ever have any friends or co-workers that are new to the area and need to find a home, I would, without hesitation, recommend the Jones Team. I know they would receive superior service and would unquestionably enjoy the experience.
